Overall the service is good as it allows me to check that mum's ok but sometimes the signal drops and that can be frustrating. Of course that may have more to do with Mum's internet than the App.
I have to constantly switch off wifi to try and reconnect. The new app update does not work as good as before.

Been working well so far, however occasionally freezes.
Scanned my bar code and it just switching from connecting to connect close
Freezes and skips on live imaging and playback. Difficult to operate settings especially the notifications. I have a professionally installed good cctv system but the images are not that clear on the app.
Can't connect to my new tablet and doesn't show anything on my phone unless I'm at home. So what's the point.

It is such a useful app, I love checking my house on the phone.
